Terms & Conditions

Version: terms-2026-08-08-draft

Development draft for product-owner and legal review. Public registration remains closed, and this wording must not be treated as approved launch policy.

These draft terms describe the intended rules for a MattBlack member account while the registration journey is being developed.

Adult service

MattBlack is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It helps members discover nightlife and does not guarantee that a venue is open, available, suitable or safe for a particular visit.

Your account

Provide accurate registration details, protect your password and use only your own account. Verification, moderation or security controls may limit an account when necessary.

Contributions and conduct

Reviews, images and other contributions must be lawful, relevant and respectful. Do not publish another person’s private information or content you do not have permission to share.

Venues, plans and listings

Venue facts can change. Paid plans and promoted placement are separate from verification, quality and editorial decisions.

Changes and support

Material policy changes will use a new version and an appropriate notice or renewed acceptance. Contact MattBlack through the published support route with account or policy questions.
