Venue subscriptions

A plan for every stage of a venue.

A transparent view of the controls that exist today and the commercial direction still being shaped.

No plans are for sale Levels can be assigned administratively for development, but trials, prices, payment, upgrades, renewals, and customer checkout do not exist yet.

Commercial direction

Useful for free. More when the value is clear.

These plan descriptions express the intended role of each level, not a purchasable contract or a promise of final limits.

Free

A useful public presence and assigned management tools without paid reach.

Product direction

Bronze

An accessible first step for venues that need more media and operating capacity.

Product direction

Gold

The direction for greater reach, automation, media, and analytics under fair-use controls.

Available controls

Controls already present in the application

These are entitlement-backed limits enforced today, with the existing level values retained as transition defaults. They are development controls, not a final commercial offer.

Versioned plan entitlements can override these transition defaults. Downgrades retain stored gallery media, events, and event images; excess or unavailable content is hidden or read-only rather than deleted.

Still to build

The commercial product comes later

Analytics, video, targeting, external delivery, trials, prices, customer upgrades, and billing are not active.

In planning

Capacity

Manager seats, employee-profile allowances, venue photos, current and future events, event images, and manager event history now use explicit entitlements. Video and higher-consumption add-ons remain later work.

In planning

Reach

Free following, preferences, ordinary updates, and metered venue announcements are available. Announcements are preference-gated, throttled, moderated, and separate from promoted discovery.

In planning

Insight

Venue analytics need meaningful activity data and clear definitions before they can support a paid promise.

Venue subscriptions, trials, upgrades, renewals, and checkout are not active.

Product boundaries

A plan buys capacity, not credibility

Plans are not ratings

Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold must not imply venue quality, safety, popularity, or endorsement.

Promotion stays visible

Plan level does not currently determine homepage selection. Any future paid placement must be separate and clearly labelled as promoted.

Content should survive a downgrade

The intended rule is to hide or restrict excess content rather than delete it. This behaviour is not implemented yet.
